- International Graduate Stream: International students who have graduated from a Canadian university or college within the past three years can apply through this stream. The candidate must have obtained a degree, diploma, or certificate from an eligible post-secondary institution in Canada and must have a job offer in NOC TEER categories 1, 2, or 3 (NOC TEER category 0 is not eligible under this stream).
- International Post Graduate Stream: Designed for international students who have graduated with a master’s or doctoral degree from an eligible BC post-secondary institution or are Ph.D. candidates at a public BC post-secondary institution. A job offer is not required for this stream.
- Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Stream: This stream is for individuals working in the tourism/hospitality or food processing sectors, or in NOC TEER Category 4 or 5 occupations in the Northeast Development Region of the province (excluding live-in caregivers – NOC 44100).
