Skill Immigration Streams of BC PNP
The BC PNP offers several Skill Immigration Streams, each catering to specific categories. All the streams mentioned below, except for the Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Stream, have an option of the Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC).

Who is it for?
Let’s explore the eligibility criteria for each of these streams:
- Skilled Worker Stream: This stream is designed for experienced professionals, managers, technicians, tradespeople, and individuals working in other skilled occupations. Candidates must possess a job offer in a skilled occupation classified under NOC (National Occupational Classification) TEER categories 0, 1, 2, or 3 along with the required minimum experience.
- International Graduate Stream: International students who have graduated from a Canadian university or college within the past three years can apply through this stream. The candidate must have obtained a degree, diploma, or certificate from an eligible post-secondary institution in Canada and must have a job offer in NOC TEER categories 1, 2, or 3 (NOC TEER category 0 is not eligible under this stream).
- International Post Graduate Stream: Designed for international students who have graduated with a master’s or doctoral degree from an eligible BC post-secondary institution or are Ph.D. candidates at a public BC post-secondary institution. A job offer is not required for this stream.
- Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Stream: This stream is for individuals working in the tourism/hospitality or food processing sectors, or in NOC TEER Category 4 or 5 occupations in the Northeast Development Region of the province (excluding live-in caregivers – NOC 44100).
